SalesDevelopment Representative

JobDescription: We are seeking a Sales Development Representative witha minimum of 2.5 years of experience in an agency setting workingspecifically with performance and retentionled offers. The idealcandidate will have a robust understanding of the growth marketinglandscape and experience working with D2C Ecommerce or B2B clients.This role requires a proactive approach to creating and managing asales pipeline owning revenue goals and driving salesindependently.

KeyResponsibilities: digital sales

Conduct thorough research toidentifynew salesopportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.

Engage in discovery calls to understand client needs andeffectively communicate our value proposition.

Lead the sales process from qualification to closuredemonstratingstrong negotiation and closing skills.

Develop andmaintain indepthknowledge of growth marketing strategies and how they can beapplied to different client scenarios.

Work independently to achieve sales targets with minimal relianceon the marketing team.

Utilize CRM systems effectively for tracking client interactionsmanaging leads and publishing reports.

Establish and nurture relationships with potential clientsincluding D2C Ecommerce and B2B sectors.

Analyze markettrends and competitor activities toidentifynew salesopportunities.

Collaborate with the team to refine sales strategies and approachesbased on market feedback.

Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updatedon the latest industry trends and sales techniques.

Revenue network own sales drive team management




Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree inBusiness Marketing or a related field.

At least 3 years of experience in a sales role within a digitalagency environment.

Proven trackrecord of generating leads closing dealsand meeting sales targets.

Strong understanding of growth marketing performance marketing andretention strategies.

Experience working with D2C Ecommerce or B2B clients.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Excellent communication interpersonal and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.

Highly organized anddetailoriented.
