Skills/Exp/ Requirement : Minimum of 5 yearsconsulting experience (at consultant/manager level) or Technicalbackground supplemented with Enterprise Architectureexperience Exposure to anyindustryrecognized EA frameworks e.g. TOGAF DODAFMust Good working knowledge of one or moreof the following: Business Architecture Application ArchitectureSecurity Architecture Microservices architecture Service Orientedarchitecture API architecture and technologyArchitecture Good knowledge of technologyand enterprise architecture concepts through practicalexperience Understanding of the technologystack from infrastructure through business logic andapplications Knowledge of and passion fortechnology trends e.g. Mobility Cloud DigitalCollaboration Knowledge of EnterpriseArchitecture tools such as Alfabet Mega andTroux A strong understanding of Banking andFinancial Services industry operations and dynamics throughexperience Excellent interpersonal andproblemsolving skills Ability to effectivelycommunicate abstract concepts in verbal and written and visualforms Ability to translate between technicaland business language and concepts Abilityto recognize structural issues within the organization functionalinterdependencies and crosssilo redundanciesAbility to effectively collaborate in a geographically distributedenvironment
