Job Description:
Delving into and resolving intricate business challenges within your domain that require a deep analysis of various factors. Leading the development and implementation of solutions across multiple cloud technologies encompassing infrastructure and application architecture. Assisting clients in crafting, designing, and expanding their journey towards innovative technology-driven progress at the convergence of business and technology. Guiding clients in modernizing their IT landscape and workflows to align with the latest tech trends. Collaborating on integrating extensive systems involving on-premises tech and public cloud platforms. Spearheading enterprise business application and integration architecture initiatives. Playing a pivotal role in solving critical business issues and hurdles by facilitating an architectural shift from the current state to a future enterprise environment. Executing programs that pave the way for organizational readiness in adopting new business processes. Willingness to travel nationally or internationally for client engagements.

Skills/Experience/Requirement:
- Minimum of 5 years of consulting experience (at a consultant/managerial level) or a technical background complemented with Enterprise Architecture expertise. Exposure to prominent EA frameworks such as TOGAF and DODAF. Solid proficiency in one or more of the following domains: Business Architecture, Application Architecture, Security Architecture, Microservices Architecture, Service-Oriented Architecture, API Architecture, and Technology Architecture. Sound understanding of technology and enterprise architecture principles through practical exposure. Knowledge and enthusiasm for technology trends including Mobility, Cloud, Digital Collaboration. Familiarity with Enterprise Architecture tools like Alfabet, Mega, and Troux. Comprehensive understanding of the operational landscape and dynamics of the Banking and Financial Services industry. Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication of abstract concepts verbally, in writing, and visually. Proficiency in translating between technical and business languages. Recognition of structural issues within organizations, functional interdependencies, and cross-silo redundancies. Efficient collaboration in a geographically dispersed setting.

- Enthusiasm for driving technology-centered business transformations. Proficiency in formulating technology solutions and value-enhancing propositions for market penetration. Ability to engage in discussions with C-suite/senior leadership. Robust knowledge of technology trends in IT and digital domains and their practical applications for addressing real-world challenges and opportunities. Proven track record in shaping deals, formulating proposals, and leading Technology Strategy/Advisory sales. Experience in piloting proof of concepts and defining scalability plans across diverse technology domains. Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills for articulating technology and business value propositions to senior stakeholders. Capability to develop impactful thought leadership that presents a forward-thinking perspective on the market.
