We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Head to lead our marketing efforts and drive growth in the competitive technology retail market.

 

Position Overview:

The Marketing Head will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sales across both online and offline platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, a deep understanding of the retail industry, and a proven track record of successful campaign management.


Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

 Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that align with the company’s business objectives.

Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats.

Budget Management:

 

ensuring efficient allocation of resources across various marketing activities.

Track and report on marketing spend and ROI, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize effectiveness.

Campaign Management:

 

Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and traditional media.

Coordinate with creative and media agencies to develop compelling content and advertisements.

Digital Marketing:

 

Oversee the company’s digital presence, including website, social media, and e-commerce platforms.

Optimize SEO, SEM, and PPC campaigns to drive online traffic and sales.

Offline Marketing:

 

Plan and manage in-store promotions, events, and other offline marketing activities to boost foot traffic and sales.

Collaborate with store managers to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer experience.

Brand Management:

 

Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Apple, to leverage co-marketing opportunities.

Team Leadership:

 

Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.

Provide regular feedback and performance reviews to team members.

Analytics and Reporting:

 

Use analytics tools to measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.

Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.



Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on retail or consumer electronics.

Proven experience in managing marketing budgets and driving ROI.

Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, and e-commerce.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.

Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools.
