Jewelbox is a 'Conscious Luxury' brand that makes fine jewellery for everyday and occasion wear using lab grown diamonds. Our jewellery is sustainable and accessible because we believe that diamonds are not just forever but also for everyone.
Jewelbox was recently featured on Shark Tank Season 3 and secured an All Shark Deal.
We currently operate out of 3 company owned stores (with another 4 in pipeline) and our e-commerce website
Job Description
As the Head of Marketing at Jewelbox, you will play a pivotal role in driving the brand's growth and enhancing its market presence. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to effectively communicate our brand message, attract customers, and drive sales. This role requires a dynamic and creative individual with a strong understanding of the luxury goods market, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for sustainable fashion.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and foster customer loyalty.
- Oversee all aspects of the marketing department, including branding, advertising, digital marketing, social media, public relations, and events.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure their success and professional growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives and product development initiatives.
- Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and optimise spending to maximise ROI.
- Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, industry influencers, media outlets, and strategic partners to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, leveraging data and analytics to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging trends, and best practices in marketing, luxury retail, and sustainability to maintain our competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of success in marketing management roles within the luxury goods, fashion, jewellery, or retail industry.
- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent strategic thinking, analytical skills, and business acumen.
- Creative flair and innovative mindset with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, social media channels, and analytics tools.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to sustainability, ethical business practices, and corporate social responsibility.
