We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Head to lead our sales team and drive business growth. As a Sales Head, you will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This is a leadership role that offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the success of our company.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and targets
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team goals
  • Identify new sales opportunities and potential clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify business opportunities
  • Analyze sales data and provide insights and recommendations to optimize sales performance
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
  • Provide training, guidance, and support to the sales team
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Know the Crusher PAN India Market
  • Should have product knowledge Torsa Machines Ltd deals with
  • Should have vision of upcoming trend and change in Crushing & Screening Market
  • Should have good contacts of dealers to expand market reach
  • Good understanding with financers
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
  • 15 years of experience in sales
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Proven track record in building and maintaining customer relationships
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to effectively lead and inspire a sales team
  • Knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics
  • Ability to travel for client meetings and industry events
  • Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office
