PositionOverview:

TheMarketing Head will be responsible for developing and executingcomprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility anddrive sales across both online and offline platforms. The idealcandidate will have a strong background in marketing a deepunderstanding of the retail industry and a proven track record ofsuccessful campaignmanagement.


KeyResponsibilities:

StrategyDevelopment:

Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that alignwith the company s businessobjectives.

Analyzemarket trends customer behavior and competitive landscape toidentify opportunities andthreats.

BudgetManagement:


ensuringefficient allocation of resources across various marketingactivities.

Trackand report on marketing spend and ROI adjusting strategies asneeded to maximizeeffectiveness.

CampaignManagement:


Planand execute multichannel marketing campaigns including digitalsocial media email and traditionalmedia.

Coordinatewith creative and media agencies to develop compelling content andadvertisements.

DigitalMarketing:


Overseethe company s digital presence including website social media andecommerceplatforms.

OptimizeSEO SEM and PPC campaigns to drive online traffic andsales.

OfflineMarketing:


Planand manage instore promotions events and other offline marketingactivities to boost foot traffic andsales.

Collaboratewith store managers to ensure consistent brand messaging andcustomerexperience.

BrandManagement:


Ensurebrand consistency across all marketing channels andmaterials.

Developand maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders includingApple to leverage comarketingopportunities.

TeamLeadership:


Leadand mentor the marketing team fostering a culture of creativity andexcellence.

Provideregular feedback and performance reviews to teammembers.

AnalyticsandReporting:


Useanalytics tools to measure and report on the performance ofmarketingcampaigns.

Provideinsights and recommendations for continuousimprovement.



Requirements

Minimumof 5 years of experience in marketing with a focus on retail orconsumerelectronics.

Provenexperience in managing marketing budgets and drivingROI.

Strongunderstanding of digital marketing including SEO SEM PPC socialmedia andecommerce.

Excellentleadership communication and interpersonalskills.

Abilityto think strategically and executemethodically.

Proficiencyin marketing analytics and reportingtools.



Graduate with relevant documents. 1 year of experience in anydomain with relevant documents. Good communication skills inEnglish and Hindi. Salary : 23K CTC and 18.5 k TH Shift timings :9am to 9pm rotational shift 6 days working and 1 rotational weekoff. Work Location : DSR Techno cube, SmartWorks, Kundanahalli,Bangalore 560066
