Job Overview


We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team at Rankmantra. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting our IT services and consultancy solutions. This is a full-time position based in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India, and is ideal for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in business development.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions
  • Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities in the IT services and consultancy industry
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and regular meetings
  • Understand client needs and provide appropriate IT solutions and consultancy services
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales contracts to potential clients
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential growth areas
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to expand the business network
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, contracts, and client interactions
