RequiredQualifications:
  • High school diplomaor equivalent
  • Proven customer supportexperience or relevant work experience
  • Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in using relevant computerapplications
  • Excellent problemsolvingabilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritizein a fastpaced environment
  • Empathetic andpatient demeanor
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills

  • Experience in conflict resolution isa plus
  • Knowledge of customer relationshipmanagement (CRM) systems is anadvantage
