Noida, India Eurofins Full time

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Organizing the department work in order to achieve on time report delivery.
- Needs to know the brief of test methods and testing procedures.
- Needs to report any deviation or improvements required to the ISO/IEC 17025 system to Quality Manager.
- Manages the Sample Registration, Report Processing, Sample pickups and Dispatch of final test reports.
- Review of test request for to ensure the mandatory information/sample is available.
- Communicates with the Customer and answers questions on all issues related to test procedures, client standards, lead times and test results with guidance of Laboratory Manager and Quality Manager.
- Identifies any non-standard requirements from customer and discusses with Laboratory Manager for appropriate methods to be applied.
- Issues performance questionnaires to customers and submits collated answers to the Quality Manager for analysis.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Follow up the reports as per customer request & urgency.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support

**Requirements**:

- Qualification any graduate
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Good at communication (oral & written)
- Excellent customer connect

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
