Sales & Customer Service Executive is a pivotal role working within multiple facets of the process which includes partnering with key stakeholders and customers. The role is responsible for ensuring excellence in client experience by having a client centric focus and acting as one touch point providing support. This is a voice and both writing process, so applicants with extensive speaking and writing skills can apply.
- Answering incoming calls
- Outbound calls for online quotes requests
- Online and phone sales
- Coordinating jobs with workers
- Finding new workers to join our team
- Dealing with issues and complaints
- Reporting on daily workflows and capacity including adherence to required timeframes

**About you**:

- To be successful in this role, you must have the ability to prioritize workload, react to change and make key process decisions under pressure.
- Have a client centric approach and great communication style for both internal partners and external (contractors or subcontractors).
- Ensure adherence and reporting to strict deadlines.
- Organizational skills and a methodical approach to working are critical.
- You must have the ability to overcome challenges and be solution focused to provide mutually beneficial outcomes for both our customers and contractors.

In addition:

- Comfortable with Australian Shifts (5 am IST)
- Previous experience in Customer Service/ Customer with international customers only.
- Residing in Noida or Near Noida or can relocate immediately to Noida.
- Knowledge of CRM is a must.
- Knowledge of fast paced environment and can handle stress ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Bachelor’s degree/qualification **mandatory**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

- No travel

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Bachelor's (required)
