Join . Morgan as a Fixed Income Research Analyst and contribute to global research in key sectors. Be part of the FICC team in GRC, supporting various asset classes and delivering trade ideas, reports, and analytical tools to clients worldwide. Your work will include creating daily and weekly research products and responding to bespoke client requests.

Job Summary:

As a Fixed Income Research Analyst in the Global Research Center, you will be part of a dynamic team that supports various asset classes. Your role will involve running daily reports and analytics for clients, assisting in writing daily and weekly publications, maintaining the analytics database, and regularly updating proprietary models. You will have the opportunity to work closely with colleagues in multiple locations, respond to client-generated project requests, and manage projects independently. This role provides an excellent opportunity to apply your strong quantitative skills, analytical aptitude, and interest in derivatives and global financial markets.

Job responsibilities

The successful candidate would work with any one of the abovementioned asset classes and main responsibilities will include:
• Running the broadly distributed daily reports and analytics for clients.
• Assist the onshore team in writing the daily and weekly publication.
• Maintain the analytics database for the team.
• Maintaining regular contact with colleagues onshore, taking part in conference calls and responding to project requests (often client-generated).
• Maintain and regularly update the . Morgan proprietary models.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Strong quantitative skills
• Analytical aptitude and ability to learn financial concepts
• Good communication and team working skills in a multi-location set up
• Very good attention to detail
• A strong motivation for learning and managing projects independently
• Keen interest in derivatives and global financial markets

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Ideal candidates for these positions would be undergrads from prominent institutes who have passed 1 or 2 levels of CFA.  Good knowledge of Excel, knowledge of VBA will be a plus
• About a 1 year experience in Fixed Income would be an advantage .
