About the job

Do you understand the customer requirement of a MICE group travel and having the knowledge of transforming the requirements into solutions via supplier’s management and group execution capabilities? If the answer is yes, then you understand how much work goes into creating unforgettable experience which makes you perfect for this role.

Foster a collaborative, productive and creative team culture. Maximise productivity of teams and team members. Customer handling Supplier’s management – commercial discussions and securing inventory and service confirmations. The ideal candidate would have extensive experience of delivering group executions. You will have an incredible attention to detail, be confident to lead events on your own and be a wizard on organizing anything and everything that the client will demand. Determine customer's needs and preferences, such as schedules, costs and payment plans. Work with 3rd parties including vendors, trip planners, event organizers, etc… Provide proper documentation to the clients. Make alternative booking arrangements if changes arise before or during trips. Point of contact for clients before, during, and after day of event

Requirements:

A minimum of 8 to 12 years demonstrated experience in project management within the MICE industry - Essential. Proven track record in effective team leader and experience in training and mentoring team members. Experience in leading an operational team. A knowledge of all major suppliers and relevant MICE products and destinations Knowledge of project management processes, standards, and procedures

Responsibilities:

Handle as team of Domestic operations and contracting. Ensure best available market rates for domestic MICE transactions. Ensure smooth execution of Domestic MICE. Be responsible for increasing the GOP. Working closely with team members and ensure team productivity. Prepare MIS report as and when required.
