Overview:TheClient Relationship Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring clientsatisfaction and retention. They are responsible for overseeing therelationships with existing clients addressing their inquiries andresolving the queries. This position is vital for maintaining ahigh level of client engagement and loyalty thereby contributing tothe overall growth and success of theorganization.
KeyResponsibilities:
  • Build and maintainstrong longlasting client relationships
  • Developa trusted advisor relationship with key accounts customerstakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Resolveclient queries and issues in a timely and effectivemanner
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreementsto maximize profits
  • Ensure the timely andsuccessful delivery of solutions according to customer needs andobjectives
  • Prepare reports on accountstatus
  • Assist with challenging client requestsor issue escalations as needed
  • Identify anddevelop new business with existingclients
  • Create and maintain comprehensiveproject plans
  • Work closely with crossfunctionalteams to ensure client satisfaction
  • Stayinformed about industry trends and bestpractices
  • Conduct business reviews to ensureclients are satisfied with their products andservices
  • Keep records of clienttransactions

RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree inBusiness Administration Marketing or a relatedfield
  • Demonstrated ability to communicatepresent and influence credibly and effectively at alllevels
  • Delivering clientfocused solutions basedon customer needs
  • Proven ability to managemultiple projects at a time while paying strict attention todetail
  • Excellent listening negotiation andpresentation abilities
  • Strong verbal andwritten communication skills
  • Experience withCRM software and MS Office suite
  • Ability toprioritize among competing tasks
  • Strongunderstanding of company products or services and knowledge ofenterprise software solutions
  • Ability to workeffectively in a team environment and build relationships acrossthe organization
  • Problemsolving and conflictresolution skills
  • Flexibility to work in afastpaced and dynamic work environment
  • Managinglarge accounts orclients
