  • Build and maintain strong longlasting client relationships by understanding their needs goals and challenges.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients providing excellent service and ensuring client satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute branding and social media campaigns that align with client objectives.

  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance providing clients with regular updates and insights.

  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or crosssell services based on client needs.

  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client requirements and objectives.

  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in branding advertising and social media.


Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field.
  • 23 years of experience in client relationship management preferably within the branding advertising or social media industry.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms the priority is expert knowledge of Instagram (now Meta in combination with Facebook) and LinkedIn.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive and selfmotivated with a passion for marketing and client success.

Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in client relationship management, preferably within the branding, advertising, or social media industry.
