Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled Sales Manager to join our team at CAG Enterprises, the pinnacle of Yamaha expertise in Coimbatore. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales team, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job is located in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India, and it is a full-time role.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales role
- Strong knowledge of the sales process and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Experience in recruiting and managing a sales team
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) skills
- Business acumen and understanding of market dynamics
- Ability to qualify prospects and convert leads into sales
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and sales software
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and drive revenue growth
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
- Train and coach sales representatives to improve their skills and performance
- Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction at all times
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback and support on product development and enhancements
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts
- Stay updated on industry developments and best practices
