Job Overview


We are seeking a talented and dedicated Human Resources Assistant to join our team at Majestic Realties. As a Human Resources Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department in various administrative tasks. This is a full-time position based in Pune, Maharashtra, India. The ideal candidate for this role is a fresher with less than 1 year of experience who is eager to learn and grow in the field of human resources. The employment type for this position is full-time.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of human resources processes and procedures
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Experience with employee training and development
  • Familiarity with HR software and systems


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Assisting the HR department in day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Maintaining and updating employee records
  • Coordinating HR projects and initiatives
  • Assisting in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates and conducting interviews
  • Supporting the onboarding process for new hires
  • Assisting in employee training and development activities
  • Helping to organize company events and employee engagement activities
  • Assisting in employee relations and conflict resolution
  • Maintaining HR policies and procedures
  • Handling employee queries and requests
