Position: HR Trainee

Company: Majestic Realties , Kothrud

Job Description:

As an HR Trainee in a real estate developer firm, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around supporting the HR team in day-to-day activities and learning about HR functions . You will report to the HR Manager .


Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Selection:

  • Assist in job posting and advertisement creation.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates for interviews.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and provide support during interviews.
  • Conduct reference checks and background verification's.
  • Assist in preparing employment contracts and on-boarding documents.

Employee On-boarding and Off-boarding:

  • Help organize new employee orientation programs.
  • Assist in completing new hire paperwork and setting up employee profiles.
  • Support the off boarding process by conducting exit interviews and ensuring smooth transition for departing employees.

HR Administration and Documentation:

  • Maintain and update employee records and databases.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and presentations.
  • Assist in HR policy and procedure development and implementation.
  • Help maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software is a plus.
  • Prior HR experience or internships are advantageous but not required.
