Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and maximizing their value. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The role is based in Pune, Maharashtra, India and is a full-time position.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role
- Solid understanding of account management principles
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Office, and Outlook
- Knowledge of account management software
- Familiarity with accounting principles and practices
- Understanding of GST and tax regulations
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts
- Ensure client satisfaction and act as the primary point of contact for any account-related issues
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services to existing clients
- Prepare and deliver account presentations, reports, and performance reviews
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and objectives
- Monitor account performance and proactively address any challenges
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
