This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager located in Pune. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, building and maintaining relationships with customers, and ensuring their satisfaction. The role involves managing sales activities, developing account strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to meet customer needs. The Account Manager will also be responsible for providing product information and support to clients.
- Proven experience in account management or sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Knowledge of mobile technology and industry trends
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
