The Job
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to -End ownership of SDR team’s training requirements (new joiner as well as refresher training).
- Design training curriculum and create training content (videos, case studies, playbook etc).
- Proactively conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement.
- Partner with Inside Sales Leadership to successfully transition new hires to production.
- Show visible & measurable impact of training programs (e.g., MQLs / SQLs generated).
The Profile
Minimum Qualifications
- 5-8 years proven work experience as an Inside Sales Trainer. SaaS experience is a plus
- Hands-on experience with e-learning platforms.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional training certifications.
- Experience with our SDR tech stack - Salesforce, Outreach, Sales Navigator, Lusha, B2Brain, Zoominfo etc.
