The Role

Inside Sales Trainer – Netcore Cloud

Mumbai - Lowerparel/Thane - India | SDR Team | Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to -End ownership of SDR team's training requirements (new joiner as well as refresher training).
  • Design training curriculum and create training content (videos, case studies, playbook etc).
  • Proactively conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement.
  • Partner with Inside Sales Leadership to successfully transition new hires to production.
  • Show visible & measurable impact of training programs (e.g., MQLs / SQLs generated).

Ideal Profile

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5-8 years proven work experience as an Inside Sales Trainer. SaaS experience is a plus
  • Hands-on experience with e-learning platforms.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Additional training certifications.
  • Experience with our SDR tech stack - Salesforce, Outreach, Sales Navigator, Lusha, B2Brain, Zoominfo etc.
