Company Overview:
Fresco Web Services is a dynamic and innovative web development and digital marketing agency that specializes in creating impactful online solutions for businesses of all sizes. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience and a strong understanding of the Upwork platform to join our team.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Min Experience: 1-2 Years
- Qualification: MBA or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Economics, or a related field, Considerable with min 75% in 10th/12th/Graduation
- Communication Skills: Good Communication Skills in English Reading & Writing expected.
- Location: Fully Onsite Position at our Mohali (Punjab) office.
- Remuneration: No Bar in Salary.
- Working days/time: Mon-Friday (9am to 6pm)
Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience as a Business Development Executive, preferably with a focus on Upwork.
- Strong understanding of the Upwork platform, including proposal creation, bidding, and client communication.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven track record of successful client acquisition and revenue generation.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs effectively.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with web development and digital marketing services is a plus.
