Your new role – challenging and future-oriented :Lead, Order Acquisition – Power Transformers

Reporting to the ExecutionUnit Head (Transformers)

We don’t need superheroes, just super minds

Leadthe team of Bid Managers who are working for Order acquisition both in Domestic& International segment SupportBid managers in making a comprehensive offer and work with them at differentphases of order acquisition such as Factory approvals, Bid / No Bids, Pricing,discussions with Design, Strategic Sourcing, other departments for competitivepricing, delivery slots. Directengagement with customers for Presentations, Negotiations, Relationshipbuilding for closing of orders and for market feedback. Engagingwith Domestic & International Sales Team for review of opportunities,offers, order lost analysis. Marketanalysis and forecast for strategic planning. Toprovide MIS related to Market, Competitors, Orders etc to management forvarious Business Review meetings. Tomeet KRA of Order booking & profitability as per defined budget.

The successful candidate willbe a highly motivated and engaged individual, who has willingness to performand further having growth mindset to work independently. He should have abilityto work with different cross functional teams to overcome hurdles, disputeresolution, and provide guidance to bidding team.

This role is based at NaviMumbai, but occasionally you may have to travel for discussions andnegotiations at customer’s place.

You should be a Graduate/Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical engineering

Excellent analytical skills

Excellent Communication,Presentation Skills, Result, Quality orientation & Customer orientation

Well versed with thecompetition situation in Transformer Market

Well versed with the customersin Domestic & Export Market

Experience of 12+ yearspreferably in Order acquisition in Transformer Industry.
