**Responsibilities**:
As a Client Acquisition Specialist, you will:
- Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through research, networking, and other prospecting methods.
- Client Needs Assessment: Understand prospective clients’ needs, pain points, and objectives in order to offer tailored digital marketing solutions.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients.
- Contract Negotiation: Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to contract closing, including negotiating terms and agreements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, creative, and project management teams to develop customized strategies for prospective clients.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities to help position BrandBroz Media effectively.
- Reporting & Analytics: Track acquisition metrics, including client onboarding success, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing communication with potential and new clients to ensure smooth transitions and high satisfaction levels.
**Key Qualifications**:
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in client acquisition, sales, or business development, preferably in the digital marketing or advertising industry.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Sales Mindset: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building long-lasting client relationships.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and familiar with digital marketing tools and trends.
- Networking Abilities: Strong networking and relationship-building skills; comfortable with both cold and warm outreach.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze market data and use it to inform sales strategies and campaigns.
- Self-Motivated: Highly self-driven, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: ₹1,200.00 - ₹3,200.00 per day
