Job Title: Infor LN Functional Consultant

Overview:

Join our team as an Infor LN Functional Consultant and play a pivotal role in delivering innovative solutions to our clients. As a trusted advisor, you will leverage your expertise in Infor LN to drive successful implementations and enhancements that meet our clients' business needs. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with dynamic teams, work on cutting-edge projects, and contribute to the growth and success of our clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Requirements Analysis:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements.

- Conduct thorough analysis and document functional specifications.

2. System Configuration and Customization:

- Utilize your deep knowledge of Infor LN to configure and customize the system based on client needs.

- Implement solutions that align with industry best practices.

3. End-to-End Implementations:

- Lead and contribute to end-to-end implementations of Infor LN, ensuring successful project delivery.

- Work closely with project teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.

4. Module Expertise:

- Demonstrate hands-on experience across various modules of Infor LN, including Financial Management, Manufacturing Management, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Sales and Marketing, Project Management, Quality Management, and Service Management.

5. Client Interaction:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.

- Provide expert advice and guidance on Infor LN functionality and best practices.

6. Training and Support:

- Conduct user training sessions to ensure effective adoption of Infor LN solutions.

- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance.

7. Collaboration:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical consultants, developers, and project managers.

- Contribute to a collaborative and innovative team culture.

Qualifications:

1. Infor LN Expertise:

- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Infor LN.

- In-depth knowledge of Infor LN modules and functionalities.

2. Implementation Experience:

- Proven experience in leading or contributing to end-to-end implementations of Infor LN.

3. Communication Skills:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.

4. Problem-Solving Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to identify and address complex business challenges.

5. Client-Focused:

- Customer-centric approach with a focus on exceeding client expectations.

- Ability to understand client needs and propose effective solutions.

6. Team Collaboration:

- Experience working collaboratively in a team environment.

- Ability to contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture.

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, Engineering).

Certifications:

- Infor LN certifications are a plus.
