Position Overview:
We are looking for seasoned accounting and finance professionals with hands-on experience with ERP systems for our Product Hypercare team based out of our office in Mumbai/Pune with hybrid/remote work options. The USPs of this role are:

Responsibilities
As a member of our Product Hypercare team, you will be responsible for providing intensive Product support to our customer(s) immediately after they go-live. You will be responsible for:
- Managing the finance modules within our ERP system, and client issues reported there in.
- Handle escalation management and customer interactions to resolve complex functional issues in finance & accounting area.
- Delivering timely and accurate reporting of your issues, as well as ensuring great client experience.
- Collaborate with international teams, working in the USA time zone (4 PM to 1 AM shifts).
- Contribute towards continuously improve and streamline processes to enhance business operations.
Required Skills & Education
- Experience: 3-6 years in accounting and finance roles, with a strong focus on ERP systems (Infor LN ERP or any standard ERP experience preferred).
- Education: Preferably, MBA in Finance or CA or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
Job Location: Mumbai and Pune
