SAP In-house Consultant 

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Analyzes and defines solutions within the Incident, Change-, Portfolio- and Project-Process Understands the business issues and data challenges Suggests areas of improvement Leads projects and initiatives in the F2M stream area Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes, and recommendations related to the proposed solution Develop functional specifications and system design specifications Recommends technical solutions Cooperating with consultants from other streams such as O2C, P2P and D2S Takes responsibilities in the 2nd and 3rd level support Contributes to driving Oerlikon into Digitalization Managing of the external AMS partner Drive for process harmonization and build-up of a global process catalog

Knowledge & Skills Summary:

Experience in the SAP value stream F2M (at least 3-5 years) Advanced F2M stream knowledge including Controlling & PS. End-to-End Process Customizing and Integration Experience and a good understanding of related SAP ERP Streams like O2C, D2S, etc. Attendances in Full-Circle Implementations Basic knowledge of ABAP is an advantage S/4 HANA – working knowledge – not mandatory but would be great. Strong communication skills Ability to solve problems Can manage clients expectations effectively Independence and self-motivation, teamwork and customer orientation
