Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation:
- Identify, research, and target new business opportunities using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo.ai.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
- Extract and compile lead information, including contact details, job titles, company size, and relevant industry data.
2. Client Relationship Management:
- Initiate contact with potential leads through outreach (LinkedIn messaging, email campaigns, etc.).
- Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders at targeted companies.
- Engage with prospects to understand their needs and present suitable business solutions.
3. Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create strategies for lead nurturing and conversion.
- Set up meetings, demos, and follow-ups with qualified leads.
- Maintain accurate records of all activities in the CRM system.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
- Use insights from tools to optimize lead generation strategies and approaches.
5. Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure the smooth handover of qualified leads for further sales processes.
- Provide feedback to marketing and product teams to refine offerings based on client interactions and needs.
RequirementsRequired Skills:
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator: Ability to use advanced filters, search functions, and InMail features to find and engage with leads.
- Experience using Apollo.ai for lead extraction and contact information collection. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
