Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with a strong ability to leverage tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo.ai for lead generation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential business opportunities, building relationships, and converting leads into clients. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of how to use digital tools for business development.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation:
  • Identify, research, and target new business opportunities using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo.ai.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Extract and compile lead information, including contact details, job titles, company size, and relevant industry data.

2. Client Relationship Management:
  •  Initiate contact with potential leads through outreach (LinkedIn messaging, email campaigns, etc.).
  •  Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders at targeted companies.
  •  Engage with prospects to understand their needs and present suitable business solutions.

3. Sales Strategy & Execution:
  •  Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create strategies for lead nurturing and conversion.
  •  Set up meetings, demos, and follow-ups with qualified leads.
  • Maintain accurate records of all activities in the CRM system.

4. Market Research & Analysis:
  •  Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Use insights from tools to optimize lead generation strategies and approaches.

5. Collaboration:
  •  Work closely with internal teams to ensure the smooth handover of qualified leads for further sales processes. 
  •  Provide feedback to marketing and product teams to refine offerings based on client interactions and needs.

RequirementsRequired Skills:

  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator: Ability to use advanced filters, search functions, and InMail features to find and engage with leads.
  •  Experience using Apollo.ai for lead extraction and contact information collection. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
