The Opportunity
Planview is looking for Technical Support Engineers for our product lines namely Enterprise One/Portfolios.
Willing to work in India Night Shifts i.e CST and PST Timings (North America)
What You'll Do
- Document issues, action plans, and solutions in detail.
- Coordinate and assist with internal resources and other teams.
- Troubleshoot issues until resolution and properly manage customer expectations.
- Assist with internal projects related to customer service.
- Directly assigned tickets for customers.
- Responsible for submitting content in the Planview Knowledge Base.
What You'll Bring
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Be able to communicate functional and technical information to any experience level Solid diagnostic and troubleshooting experience.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience supporting enterprise-wide or web-based, browser applications.
- Minimum 4 years experience using Microsoft Windows environments.
- Understanding of Microsoft IIS services and configuration options.
- Working knowledge of Oracle and SQL Server transactional SQL including complex queries and objects.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Be able to balance and prioritization multiple issues.
- Understanding of project management practices and methodologies preferred.
- Troubleshooting Performance issues like Slowness.
