What you will be doing

  • Thorough understanding of technologies and protocols such as SMPP/SMS, HTTP, and APIs
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to cloud communication platforms
  • Effective communication (both verbal and written) with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Problem-solving, inquisitiveness, and the ability to learn quickly
  • Effective communication with various audiences (developers, technical and non-technical users)

What you need to have

  • Minimum of 1+ years in technical support, preferably in the telecommunications, CPaaS, or SaaS sectors
  • Experience as a Technical Support Engineer in the telecommunications or technology sectors
  • Solid understanding of networking: TCP/IP, UDP, and common protocols
  • Experience in A2P Messaging or Cloud Voice implementations would be beneficial
