You will play a key role as a Technical Support Engineer providing exceptional customer service to our dedicated clients. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about working at Fortinet, supporting customers, and building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. What You'll Do as a Technical Support Engineer:
- Offer technical support via phone and web-based systems to customers in SAARC, ME, and EMEA regions.
- Thoroughly analyze and investigate customers' reported issues, providing solutions through debugging and traffic flow analysis.
- Collaborate with engineering and development teams to address product issues.
- Manage technical cases and suggest corrective actions based on troubleshooting.
- Conduct real-time remote sessions with customers.
- Develop expertise in Fortinet's product line and technologies.
We Are Seeking:
- Network Security Expert (NSE7) or CCNA/CCNP certification.
- Solid understanding of data networking protocols such as TCP/IP, routing, and switching.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in various OSI layer protocols.
- Hands-on experience in IPsec, SSL, SD-WAN, authentication, WAF, VoIP, hardware redundancy, and dynamic routing protocols.
- Knowledge of Linux OS, virtualization technologies, and cloud computing.
- Experience with Python or similar languages is a plus.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- 4+ years of experience in computer networking or security.
