PositionOverview: As the CSR Partnership Manager you willspearhead our efforts to secure the necessary fundingto drive and expand our charitable programs. This role is designedfor a visionary leader skilled in CSRfundraising capable of forging strong connections and articulatingour mission to donors and partnersalike.

Responsibilities include but not limitedto

  • Will be heading ateam of executives for developing strategic plans for CSRfundraising initiatives setting clear targets and goalsaligned with the partner NGOs missionobjectives and areas offocus.
  • Research and targeting ofrelevant companies for CSR; research to identify RFQs;secondary research on companies their campaignsproducts CSR focus areas.
  • Analysis of CSR trends/ reports onphilanthropy.
  • Scope and grow the donor basemanage and develop longterm relationships with donorsand upgrade them up the donorpyramid.
  • Effectively convey theorganizations mission vision and programs to potential donorsthrough facetofacemeetings.
  • Plan donor engagementactivities and events in line with thestrategy.
  • Communication with corporate donorsboth acquisition servicing and retention.
  • Develop concept notes proposals presentations award applicationsdue diligence work.
  • Provide inputs for thecreation of grant agreements with the corporate partners toensure
  • they meet donor requirements and managethem in terms of seeking extensions or trackingunderspends.
  • Workwith Communications/ Marketing team to maintain effective marketingcollateral.
  • Donor relationship managementendto end donor management from onboarding to retention byensuring donor delight.
  • Setfundraising targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) forrevenue generation donor acquisition andretention.
  • Ensure the updatingand maintenance of MIS databases and internal reporting. Monitorprogress towards targets and take proactive measures to address anyshortfalls orchallenges.

Minimum Qualification SkillsCompetencies

  • Candidate must hold a Masters Degree in business administrationMarketing Social work or a relatedfield.
  • 7 12 years relevantexperience in fundraising and donor management. Prior experienceworking in the social sector will be a plus. (Previousexperience in Business Development wealthmanagement or financial services will be aplus.)
  • Microsoft Suite GoogleSuite working knowledge.
  • Sectoral exposure tocorporates/ worked with experience in fundraisingpreferred.
  • Target driven and result orientedwith a proven ability to work on own initiative and as partof a multidisciplinaryteam.
  • Must possess excellentwritten and verbal communication skills attention to detail alongwith strong networking and presentationskills.
  • Ability to understand thestrategic aims of the organization and to translate these intopitches. Ability to operationalize strategy along withexcellent management and organizationskills.
  • Understanding ofcommunication strategy and ability to translate key messages intocontent.
  • Strong timemanagement skills with the ability to prioritize and managemultiple client relationshipssimultaneously.
  • Must haveknowledge of CSR concepts trends and practices with a genuinepassion for social responsibility andsustainability.
  • Willingness totravel as required to meet with clients and attend industryevents.
