PositionDescription:
Our Senior Engineer is a keymember of the engineering staff working on Mobile/Web solutionsensuring that we provide a frictionless experience to our customersand maintain the highest standards of protection and availability.Our team thrives and succeeds in delivering high quality technologyproducts and services in a hypergrowth environment where prioritiesshift quickly. The ideal candidate has broad and deep technicalknowledge typically ranging from frontend UIs through backendsystems and all points in between.

Qualifications:

Fluency and specialization with at least two modernlanguages such as JavaScript TypeScript JSX Swift Kotlin Dart JavaObjective C C Python or C# including objectorienteddesign
Experience building the architecture and design(architecture design patterns reliability and scaling) of new andcurrent systems
Experience in existing OperationalPortals such as Azure DevOps Portal is preferred
Experience with application monitoring tools and performanceassessments
Expertise leveraging performance analysistools to optimize code toward performance improvements
Expertise with Swift ObjectiveC and native iOSframeworks
Expertise working on location services coremotion and activity tracking
Strong knowledge on variouscore concepts like foreground background processing background taskmanagement multithread programming and resource optimizationtechniques
Experience working on telematics data setsand basic understanding of telematics data
Experiencewith continuous delivery and infrastructure as code
Knowledge of developer tooling across the software development lifecycle (task management source code building deployment operationsrealtime communication)
Experience in ApplicationFrameworks
Excellent technical skills to assist indeveloping iOS apps
Experience with Gradle
Experience in Risk assessment
Strong demonstratedinterest in mobile is highly desired
Strong desire andcommitment to learning new technologies quickly
Excellent analytical skills and problemsolving ability
Ability to excel in a fastpaced startuplike environment

Experience:
4 years ofprofessional software development experience building native iOSApplication
3 years of experience in opensourceframeworks
2 years of experience with architecture anddesign
2 years of experience with AWS GCP Azure oranother cloud service

Education:
Bachelors degree inComputer Science Information Systems or equivalent education orwork experience
