We are looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) for our recruitment services.

**Responsibilities:**

1. Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand our recruitment services.

2. Identify and target potential clients in various industries and sectors, understanding their hiring needs and challenges.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, HR departments, hiring managers, and key stakeholders while driving revenue growth.

4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, the competitive landscape, and potential growth opportunities.

5. Generate leads through networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and leveraging online platforms.

6. Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and pitches to clients, showcasing the value of our recruitment services.

7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of recruitment projects.

8. Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring mutually beneficial and profitable agreements.

9. Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

10. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging recruitment technologies.

**Requirements:**

1. A proven track record of success in business development and sales within the recruitment industry.

2. In-depth knowledge of recruitment processes, candidate sourcing strategies, and talent acquisition.

3. Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect with key decision-makers.

4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex recruitment concepts to clients.

5. A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

6. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

7. Proficiency in using sales tools.

8. Willingness to travel and attend industry events as required.
