As the BusinessDevelopment Manager your primary responsibilities willinclude:
  • Identifying and cultivating newbusiness opportunities within the USmarket.
  • Fostering relationships with potentialclients and partners to expand the companysreach.
  • Conducting thorough market research andanalysis to drive informed salesstrategies.
  • Preparing and delivering compellingpresentations to prospectivecustomers.
  • Negotiating and closing deals whileeffectively managing contracts.
  • Activelyidentifying and developing new business prospects in the USmarket.
  • Client Relationship Management:Cultivating and managing customer relationships ensuring clientsatisfaction. Successfully negotiating contracts and closing dealswhile ensuring favorable terms. Building robust relationships withpotential customers and partners while conducting comprehensivemarket research and analysis. Exhibiting excellent communicationskills while preparing and delivering impactful presentations toclients.
CandidateQualifications:
The ideal candidate shouldpossess:
  • 10 years of experience in IT salesfocusing on the US market.
  • Strong understandingof the IT landscape and customerneeds.
  • Previous experience in enterprise IT B2Bsales with companies handling >$250 million inrevenue.
  • Sales expertise with strongcommunication and interpersonalskills.
  • Negotiation prowess and strategicresearch abilities.
  • Networking capabilities andbusiness intelligence skills.
  • Proficiency incustomer management and a techsavvyattitude.
  • Flexibility to work in the US timezone while based in Chennai and willingness to travel to the USregularly.
  • Selfmotivated resultsoriented andcapable of working both independently and within ateam.
