Responsibilites :
You'll play a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding our client base. You'll have the opportunity to: Develop and execute strategic business development plans to attract new clients and grow existing accounts. Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. Identify market trends and opportunities to stay ahead of the competition. Collaborate with our talented recruitment team to deliver exceptional service and exceed client expectations. Represent Antal at industry events and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.Desired Profile :
We're looking for candidates who possess: With 1 to 3 Years of experience in Sales, business development activities of any services. Proven experience in recruitment or business development, preferably in the recruitment industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and colleagues. A results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
