Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager at Iris Global Services. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. The role will also involve market research, competitor analysis, and developing strategies to expand the company's market presence and revenue.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development and sales
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Good understanding of the IT industry and market trends
  • Ability to analyze market data and develop effective strategies
  • Experience in managing a sales team is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Relevant certifications in sales or business development
