R2Rprocesses within the Finance scope the Finance Strategy &Transformation Senior Manager will:

  • Defineprocess standards for owned R2R processes in line with the GlobalProcess Design Standards framework
  • Leadershipof the standardisation/digitisation agenda for assigned processeswithin Finance through development deployment and compliance toglobal process design standards(GPDS).
  • Supportthe Finance transformation agenda including supporting thedevelopment of process strategy for services withinscope
  • Responsiblefor helping to build and sustain functional/business specificrelationships under the partner managementframework.
  • Supportdriving diversity and inclusion at all levels of the organisationas well as ensure fairness and transparency in ways ofworking.
  • Accountableto support delivery of aspects of organisation capability andmanagement withinFinance.
  • Developingthe transformation roadmaps for the Finance function and deliveryexecution project & change management (global strategicplatforms implementations and digital change projects/programmes inall the regionalcentres).
  • Leadsthe relationship and close collaboration with s digital innovation& engineering organisation () Operations verticals and businessgroups across to deliver the next generation enterprise solutionsand top quartileperformance.
  • Drivethe adoption of standardisation of endtoend R2R processes workingclosely with delivery centres and embedded teams. In doing do sogovern any variation to process standards and ongoing compliance.
  • Recommendprocess improvement and system changes to enhance processstandardisation drive simplification improve control and enabletransparency of performance.
  • Conductimpact assessment on legislative changes identified by operationalentities which impact existing Global Process Design changes anddevelop plan to update all impacted standards ahead of theeffective date of the change
  • Supportthe broader network of R2R process experts and practitioners toensure effective engagement and to aid in the effectiveness ofgovernance forums. Foster learning and sharing of best practicesensuring alignment with the endtoend process objectives.
  • Requiredto exercise with care and due diligence the unique delegations ofauthority assigned to finance services operated and owned by onbehalf ofgroup.
  • Supportthe integrated governance model for global process managementwithin Finance engaging multiple partners and ensuring the rightinputs are provided in support of our process standardisation andtransformationagenda
  • Supportthe design development and deployment of the process strategy forFinance bringing content expertise from both within and external to
  • Collaboratewith on key changes to the systems landscape at an ERP and nonERPlevel as it pertains to the Finance Services portfolio as well asthe transformationagenda.
  • Ensurethat global projects are completed in alignment with the globalprocesses.
  • Definethe key KPIs and PPIs for the R2R processes and develop dashboardsfor the timely reporting of these. Monitor and intervene with theR2R process hubs where interventions areidentified.
  • Monitorcompliance with the policies within the R2R scope procedure andprocess controls embedded in the processes to ensure that theoperational team are operating using standardised policy processesand relatedcontrols.
  • Provideassertion to the control teams that the standardised processes andassociated controls have operated as designed and that any processdeviations have not resulted in a controlgap.
  • Supportthe regular review of activities performed by delivery centres andembedded teams to ensure compliance to strategy
  • Asone of the main content experts for R2R global process designprovide process expertise and knowledge to stakeholder andpractitioners as required.
  • Identifyinternal and external process benchmarks and bestpracticesincluding potential tactical automation solutions that could driveefficiencies.
  • Identifyrequirements for global process performance dashboards that providevisibility to process performance and total cost to serve foragreed R2R processes and agree approach for development.
  • Stronginterpersonal influencing skill and ability to manage significantchange management conversation within and Business stakeholders todrive processstandardisation.
