  • Develop and operateprograms for Succession Planning.
  • Enhance thehuman capital of the company by developing the right plans and amp;strategies for all the functions in HR namely Talent ManagementCompensation and amp; Benefits L and amp;D EmployeeEngagement
  • Collaborates with senior leadershipto understand the organizations goals and strategy and ensure thatHR programs and initiatives are effective efficient and aligned tooverall business objectives.
  • Develop andoperate R and amp;R programs L and amp;D initiatives EmployerBranding Strategies
  • Supporting employeedevelopment enhancing job satisfaction designing onboardingprocedures benchmarking benefit packages maintaining employeerecords designing accountabilitymechanisms.
  • Evaluating the training needs ofemployees and coordinating training programs and measuring thesuccess of the same.
  • Monitor and ensure theorganizations compliance with Central State and Local employmentlaws and regulations and recommended best practices; reviews andmodifies policies and practices to maintaincompliance.
  • Monitor adherence to internalpolicies and processes.
  • Deal with grievancesand violations invoking disciplinary action when required inaccordance with company policy.
  • Anticipate andresolve litigation risks.
  • Develop and implementdepartmental budget.
  • Mentor Coach and amp;Develop the HR personnel.
  • Identifies staffingand recruiting needs; develops and executes best practices forhiring and talent management. Enhance Employer Brandinginitiatives.
  • Conducts research and analysis oforganizational trends including review of reports and metrics fromthe organization HRMS. Report to senior management by analysingthis data and amp; metrics.
  • Maintain aknowledge bank of trends best practices regulatory changes and newtechnologies in human resources and apply the same to communicatechanges in policy practice and resources to seniormanagement.
