Overview

Do you want to be at the heart of scaling our Customer Experience Programs (CXP) with innovative cutting edge technical solutions? The CXP Engineering team provides customer and partner facing capabilities that support and guide their Dynamics 365 implementation success, together with tools that underpin and scale our FastTrack, Advanced Cloud Engineering (ACE) & partner success programs. We have a broad range of innovative tools including our Implementation Portal, Telemetry Insights, and our Implementation Copilot to deliver good practice guidance and recommendations to all Business Applications customers. We seek experienced software engineers to join our agile, diverse and global team who will contribute to the growth and success of our customer programs.

We are looking for a Software Engineer who is passionate about solving business problems with technology. As an engineer in the team, you will be required to contribute high quality design and code, and subscribe to the high-quality expectations in the team. You will be expected to collaborate with other team members and work under the supervision of your lead or senior/principal tech lead/engineer. 

As a well-rounded engineer, you will be confident to dive into any unknowns and use the debugging and analysis tools at your disposal to determine the root cause of issues and to provide viable and permanent solutions. Similarly, you should be confident to pick up any programming language or tech stack based on the needs of the feature/project and work with your crew to deliver on the committed deliverables and timelines. Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field and 10+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python

OR equivalent experience.

8+ years of experience with ASP.NET, REST, SQL, Azure, HTML5, or JavaScript/jQuery.

Preferred/Additional Qualifications

Multi-platform, end-to-end experience across a wide spectrum of cloud technologies in Azure, with knowledge of building solutions with Dynamics 365 and Dataverse. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. 2+ years of proven experience as a Dynamics 365 CE developer, with a track record of successful project delivery. 2 + year of delivering Power Platform solutions – (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE customization, configuration, and development. Experience with Power Platform, Power Automate, and other related Microsoft technologies. Experience with continuous integration tools (e.g., Azure DevOps). Experience in using MLOps and platforms\tools to manage ML models lifecycle. Experience in using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI Services (Azure Open AI, Azure AI Content Safety, Azure ML)

Responsibilities

Collaborates with appropriate stakeholders to determine user requirements for a scenario. Leads discussions for the architecture of products/solutions and creates proposals for architecture by testing design hypotheses and helping to refine code plans Drives identification of dependencies and the development of design documents for a product, application, service, or platform. Creates, implements, optimizes, debugs, refactors, and reuses code to establish and improve performance and maintainability, effectiveness, and return on investment (ROI). Leverages subject-matter expertise of product features and partners with appropriate stakeholders (e.g., project managers) to drive a workgroup's project plans, release plans, and work items. Acts as a Designated Responsible Individual (DRI) and guides other engineers by developing and following the playbook, working on call to monitor system/product/service for degradation, downtime, or interruptions, alerting stakeholders about status and initiates actions to restore system/product/service for simple and complex problems when appropriate. Drives efforts to ensure the correct processes are followed to achieve a high degree of security, privacy, safety, and accessibility. Proactively seeks new knowledge and adapts to new trends, technical solutions, and patterns that will improve the availability, reliability, efficiency, observability, and performance of products while also driving consistency in monitoring and operations at scale.
