Aboutthe Role
Asa Human Resources Intern you will play a pivotal role in our talentacquisition process. You will be tasked with identifying attractingand assessing candidates to ensure we maintain a talented anddiverse workforce. This internship offers valuable handsonexperience in recruitment allowing you to develop essential skillsin HRmanagement.
Responsibilities
- Assistin designing and updating job descriptions to attract toptalent.
- Utilizevarious online channels including social media and professionalplatforms like Naukri Indeed and Behance to source potentialcandidates.
- Craftengaging recruiting emails to entice passivecandidates.
- Screenresumes and application forms to identify suitablecandidates.
- Conductinitial interviews via phone video and inpersonmeetings.
- Coordinateand administer assessments including numerical language and logicalreasoningtests.
- Advertisejob openings on our careers page social media platforms job boardsandinternally.
- Providehiring managers with shortlists of qualifiedcandidates.
- Facilitatejob offer negotiations and address candidate queries regardingcompensation andbenefits.
- Monitorkey HR metrics such as timetofill and source ofhire.
- Participatein job fairs and organize inhouse recruitmentevents.
- Collaboratewith managers to anticipate and address future hiringneeds.
- Actas a consultant to new hires assisting with their onboardingprocess.
Requirements
- Previousexperience in HR recruitment or a related role is preferred.
- Familiaritywith Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resumedatabases.
- Proficiencyin sourcing techniques and understanding of referralprograms.
- Excellentverbal and written communicationskills.
- Strongjudgment and decisionmakingabilities.
- Pursuingor possessing a Bachelors degree in Human Resources ManagementOrganizational Psychology or a relevantfield.

Previous experience in HR recruitment or a related role ispreferred. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) andresume databases.
