Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our dynamic Human Resources team. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and administrative support. The HR Intern will work closely with the HR team to support daily operations and contribute to HR projects.


Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Participate in interviews and help with candidate evaluations.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and conducting initial training sessions.

Employee Records and Data Management:

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of employee information.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports and presentations.

Employee Relations:

  • Support HR initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Assist in organizing employee events and activities.
  • Provide support in addressing employee inquiries and concerns.

Administrative Support:

  • Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
  • Help in the preparation and distribution of HR-related documents.

Training and Development:

  • Assist in the coordination and delivery of training programs and workshops.
  • Help in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.


Qualifications:

Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.


Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
