Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Sr. Sales Executive to join our team in Vadodara. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring expertise in sales strategies and relationship building. The ideal candidate should possess 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience in the sales domain and be adept at solving problems. If you have a strong track record in sales and are passionate about driving growth, we want to hear from you.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Must excel in relationship building to maintain and foster strong connections with clients and stakeholders (Mandatory skill).
  • Craft and execute effective sales strategies to enhance overall business development and market reach (Mandatory skill).
  • Demonstrated ability in problem solving to navigate complex sales challenges efficiently (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficient in negotiation tactics to ensure mutually beneficial agreements and transactions with clients.
  • Exceptional communication skills to clearly articulate product benefits and foster trust with clients.
  • Proven track record in closing deals with a high success rate, demonstrating sales acumen and dedication.
  • Experienced in customer relationship management (CRM) to streamline sales processes and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly to remain competitive.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of ARYA INDUSTRIAL SOLUTIONS' service offerings to effectively meet client needs.
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Create and implement sales plans that align with overall business objectives and targets.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Regularly report sales progress to the sales manager and propose strategies for continued growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
  • Resolve client issues promptly and effectively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
