As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving company revenue and expanding market share by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities. This role requires a dynamic and results-driven professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and other possible sources.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and convert them to closures
- Making Outbound Calls, generating new opportunities & nurturing the opportunities generated
- Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Work with the teams (External/Internal) to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet desired goals.
- Data-driven analysis with strong attention to detail and ability to execute within a matrix team structure.
- Prepare regular and accurate sales reports for management.

Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

**Skills Required**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role from **IT Industries**:

- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Good command on communication
- Requires a strong, assertive approach
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Experience data management and system updates
- Strong oral skills & communication in (English/Hindi/Gujarat)
- Empowered to drive results

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹13,500.00 per month

Travel requirement:

- Up to 20% travel

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vadodara, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
