PositionOverview:


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager tojoin our team at Payrollcloud. The HR Manager will play a crucialrole in managing various HR functions and supporting the companysgrowth and developmentinitiatives.


Responsibilities:

  • Manageendtoend recruitment processes including job postings candidatescreening interviews andonboarding.
  • Coordinateemployee training and development programs to enhance skills andknowledge within theorganization.
  • Handleemployee relations matters including conflict resolutiondisciplinary actions and performancemanagement.
  • Overseepayroll administration ensuring accuracy and compliance withrelevant regulations andpolicies.
  • Assistin the development and implementation of HR policies and proceduresto maintain a positive workenvironment.
  • Supportemployee benefits administration including enrollment changes andinquiries.
  • MaintainHR records and ensure data accuracy andconfidentiality.
  • ProvideHRrelated reports and analysis to support decisionmakingprocesses.
  • Stayupdated on HR trends best practices and legal requirements toensure compliance andeffectiveness.


Requirements:

12years of experience in HR management or relatedroles.

Strong understanding of HRprinciples practices andregulations.

Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills.

Ability towork effectively in a fastpaced and dynamicenvironment.
