Weare seeking an experienced HR Expert to oversee our human resourcesdepartments operations with a focus on recruitment onboardingemployee engagement and payroll management. The ideal candidatewill be responsible for attracting hiring and retaining topIT/nonIT talent as well as ensuring accurate and timely processingof all the HR tasks. The HR Expert will play a key role indeveloping and implementing HR policies and procedures fostering apositive work environment and supporting the organizationsstrategicobjectives.

KeyResponsibilities:

1.Recruitment:

  • Developand execute recruitment strategies to attract top IT and Non ITtalent.
  • Collaboratewith hiring managers to understand staffing needs andrequirements.
  • Sourcecandidates through various channels including job boards socialmedia and networkingevents.
  • Conductinterviews evaluate candidate qualifications and make hiringrecommendations.
  • Coordinateand manage the entire recruitment process from job posting toOnboarding the newjoiner.


2.PayrollManagement:

  • Overseethe payroll process to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevantregulations.
  • Processpayroll on time including calculating wages deductions andovertime.
  • Addresspayrollrelated inquiries and resolve any discrepancies orissues.
  • Stayuptodate on payroll laws and regulations to ensurecompliance.
  • Workclosely with finance and accounting teams to reconcile payrollrecords andexpenses.


3.HR Policies andProcedures:

  • Developimplement and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance withlabor laws andregulations.
  • Maintainemployee handbook and ensure that policies are communicatedeffectively to allemployees.
  • Provideguidance and support to managers and employees on HRrelatedmatters.
  • Handleemployee relations issues and conduct investigations asneeded.
  • Promotea positive and inclusive work culture that aligns with theorganizations values andgoals.

4.HR Administration andRecordKeeping:

  • Maintainaccurate employee records and HRdatabases.
  • Generatereports and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas forimprovement.
  • Ensurecompliance with data privacy and securityregulations.
  • Handleconfidential information with discretion andprofessionalism.


Requirements
  • Bachelorsdegree in Human Resources Business Administration or a relatedfield (Masters degreepreferred)

  • 35years of experience in HR managementroles

  • Solidunderstanding of HR practices policies andprocedures

  • Strongknowledge of employment laws andregulations

  • Excellentinterpersonal and communicationskills

  • Demonstratedability to build and maintain effective working relationships withemployees at alllevels

  • Proventrack record of managing HR processes and initiativeseffectively

  • Exceptionalorganizational and time managementskills

  • Abilityto handle sensitive and confidential information withdiscretion

  • Proficiencyin HRMS Payroll and MS Officeapplications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or arelated field (Master's degree preferred) 3-5 years of experiencein HR management roles Solid understanding of HR practices,policies, and procedures Strong knowledge of employment laws andregulations Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsDemonstrated ability to build and maintain effective workingrelationships with employees at all levels Proven track record ofmanaging HR processes and initiatives effectively Exceptionalorganizational and time management skills Ability to handlesensitive and confidential information with discretion Proficiencyin HRMS, Payroll and MS Office applications
