Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote clients' products or services across various online platforms.
  • Manage and optimize social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify target audiences, trends, and opportunities for client campaigns.
  • Planning and control of the digital marketing budget and spending by allocating budgets to different channels.
  • Create and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, , and Google AdWords.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and recommendations for Improvement (ROI and KPIs)
  • Collaborate with the design team and content writer to create visually appealing and engaging content including but not limited to photos, videos and Infographics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and serving as the primary point of contact for all digital marketing activities.
  • Ensuring consistency of brand voice, style and tone across all content
  • Stay informed about changes to social media algorithms, ad platforms, and digital marketing technologies, adapting strategies accordingly.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Taking care of the organizational Online Reputation Management across platforms


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Expert or similar role in a marketing agency or related industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing concepts, tools, and techniques, including social media management, SEO, PPC advertising, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency in social media management and advertising platforms, such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills to track and measure campaign performance, extract insights, and optimize marketing strategies.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design and visual aesthetics.
  • Strong project management skills to handle multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously
