We are seeking a talented and results-driven Digital Marketing Expert to join our dynamic team. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing digital marketing strategies in various digital channels to optimize campaigns, analyse data, and identify opportunities to enhance our online presence.

**Responsibilities**:

- Digital Campaign Management:

- Monitor campaign performance, adjust strategies as needed, and continuously strive for improved ROI and conversion rates.
- Social Media Management:

- Manage and curate the company's social media profiles and presence on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
- Create engaging content, schedule posts, and interact with followers to foster a strong brand community.
- Content Creation and Marketing:

- Collaborate with the content team to develop compelling and SEO-friendly content such as blogs, articles, infographics, videos, and more to support marketing initiatives.
- Optimize content for search engines and promote it through various digital channels.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques to improve organic search rankings and website visibility.
- Monitor website performance using analytics tools and make data-driven decisions to improve SEO strategies.
- Analytics and Reporting:

- Utilize various analytical tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to track campaign performance and generate actionable insights.
- Prepare regular reports detailing key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Market Research:

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for growth.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven work experience minimum 6 months as a Digital Marketing Specialist or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, and analytics.
- Proficient in using analytical tools to track and measure campaign performance.
- Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
