ILPOverseas International Learning Planners is looking for a HumanResources (HR) professional to join our team. As an HR you willplay a crucial role in supporting the organizations human resourcefunctions. This is a fresher role with less than 1 year ofexperience. The job location is Surat Gujarat India. The employmenttype for this role is Remote orInternship.
QualificationsAndSkills
  • Degreein Human Resources Business Administration or relatedfield
  • Familiarity with HR processes and bestpractices
  • Knowledge of employment laws andregulations
  • Strong communication andinterpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MicrosoftOffice suite

RolesAndResponsibilities
  • Assistin the recruitment and selection process by coordinating withhiring managers conducting interviews and evaluatingcandidates
  • Handle onboarding and orientationprocesses for new employees
  • Manage employeerecords and ensure compliance with HR policies andprocedures
  • Assist in developing andimplementing HR policies and procedures
  • Supportemployee performance management processes by conducting evaluationsand providing feedback
  • Manage employee benefitsand ensure timely communication anddelivery
  • Assist in employee training anddevelopment initiatives
  • Handle employeerelations issues and provide guidance and support toemployees
  • Contribute to the overall HR strategyand initiatives
  • Stay updated with the latest HRtrends and bestpractices
